The Woods

As music drifted through the woods, the birds became noticeably agitated. The hunters looked at each other and silently shook their heads. They regrouped and one whispered, “Happens a bit in these woods. Strangest thing. The whole woods seems in a tizzy when there is music. It’ll settle down in a half hour.” Later, one of the hunters shot and dropped a buck with a clean kill shot. Music started to drift through the woods.
